I am Craig Smith.  I live in a small village in East Lancashire and have been working in the patio and paving business for many years.

In May 2021, I decided to take the plunge, and set up my own business, creating patios for many people who had started asking me to upgrade their garden for them, in my spare time.  Since then, I have been very busy.

I have great contacts for all types of paving that customers are looking for, or I certainly know someone who would be able to find something specific if needed.

I have all the equipment needed to carry out jobs, without having to rely on hiring or borrowing items needed.

Liability and Guarantee

Please note that whilst I will complete works to 'new builds' (properties up to 10 years old), work can only be guaranteed for a maximum of 12 months due to movement of the site.  I cannot control the settling of ground and therefore, any subsequent damage to works that I have completed. Consult your NHBC guarantee if required.

Paving works completed to any other property, older than 10 years carry the standard six year guarantee.  Any works carried out using sleepers/tanalised wood please be aware that it may distort due to it being a natural material, but works will be guaranteed for two years.
